SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 10: The September meeting which would normally meet on the first Sunday in September has been changed to Sunday, September 10 due to Labor Day weekend. The 2:00 meeting will be at Bloomfied Forum, 9804 Nicholas Street. Nicholas Street runs across the north end of Westroads Mall. If you take the east entrance to Westroads, stay in the right lane until you reach Nicholas, then turn right, go a short distance to Bloomfield Forum. If you take 102nd Street, continue north until Nicholas Street, turn right and continue along the north end of Westroads on Nicholas until you reach Bloomfield Forum.

Support Group members may park anywhere since the parking area is for visitors. The residents have underground parking. Enter the building that has a brown canvas awning over the front entrance, then go to the dining room. There are several polio survivors living here and they are looking forward to this opportunity to join us for a meeting.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 1: REUNION AND PARTY PLANNED FOR AREA POLIO SURVIVORS

Polio survivors in the Omaha/Lincoln & beyond/ Council Bluffs area will soon receive an invitation to a reunion and party which will begin at 1:00 p.m. with a complimentary dinner on Sunday, October 1. What a great time this will be to see former friends!

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 5, we will return to our regular meeting place at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church, 2:00 p.m, 90th and Q Streets, Omaha. Dr. Ted Roche, who has traveled widely, will share tips that have made travel easier for him.
